The treadmill and leg curl machine have been repaired and are back in use. The Audio Jacks are on back order so once they are received, we will have them installed immediately. We appreciate your patience while these machines were temporarily out of service. Have a Healthy New Year!

Weather permitting, the semiannual window washing will begin as soon as possible. We will begin on the northern most corner of the East side of the building then proceed to the North, West, South and East sides as weather permits. A more precise schedule will be posted in the Mail Room and Elevator Foyer bulletin boards once we have a specific start date. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the management office.

All residents are invited to join the Board of Directors at the first Electra Holiday Party on Friday, December 19, 2008 from 6:00 - 8:00pm in the Conservatory. We hope you take this opportunity to meet your neighbors, get acquainted with your Board of Directors and meet your new management team of Brian Fleming and Linda Lighthiser. Wine, Champagne, soft drinks and light food will be provided so please plan to attend.
