All Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe as the Board conducts the business of the Association. Should you have specific items you would like the Board to discuss, please submit your request in writing to the General Manager (bfleming@actionlife.com ) at least 10 days prior to the meeting date. Homeowners are also welcome to raise any questions, concerns or comments during Open Form which is held at the end of every meeting.

Bosa Development will continue to do maintenance on the exterior of the South side of the building. Floors 31 down in the “01” stack will be effected. Please be aware that workers may be outside your windows between the hours of 8am - 5pm throughout the week. It is advised that you make sure your windows are closed during this time.

Dear Electra Residents,
We are pleased to inform you that the new Fire Pump Engine has been installed, tested and approved by the Fire Department and we are back to normal operations with the fire safety systems. The new fire pump engine is operating perfectly and the efforts of all our contractors working together to have this project completed on schedule is much appreciated. Special thanks to our Building Engineer, Rene Alvarez for coordinating the crews and to Tim Jones and all the Security Officers from Heritage Security who kept the building under safe conditions around the clock this week. It was a tremendous show of teamwork to have had this massive project go off without a hitch and with very little interruption to our resident’s daily activity.
The Elevator Repair Project continues and we are moving ahead of schedule. The electronics work inside the elevators has been completed so you will notice both panels in each elevator are now active. You will still need to utilize the fob panel on the right hand side but once fobbed, both panels are activated.
Beginning Monday, March 8th, we will have two crews from Mitsubishi Elevator working on the elevator cars replacing the “Ropes” to each car. The “Ropes” are actually the main cables and the governor cables for each elevator. The majority of this work will be done on the 43rd floor and P2 levels. Each elevator will be taken out of service one at a time for about a week each. While this work is going on, it may be necessary to close off a portion of the elevator foyers on these two floors. You will still have access to the other elevators but please be aware of and heed the notices that will be placed in the hallways while the work is being performed. We apologize for this minor inconvenience but once the project is completed we will have nearly brand new elevators that will provide years and years of service to the Association.
