The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 6:00PM in the Conservatory. All Owners are invited to the meeting to observe as the business of the Association is conducted.

In an effort to ensure all Residents can enjoy the 4th of July weekend at The Electra, Management would like to remind everyone of a few of the Association’s regulations:
- The Pool & Spa Hours are 7am-11pm Fridays and Saturdays and 7am -10pm Sundays through Thursday.
- Gates & doors leading to the pool & spa must remain closed and locked.
- No glass containers of any kind are permitted in the pool, spa, barbeque and fireplace areas.
- Residents are limited to 4 guests in the pool, spa, barbeque and fireplace areas.
- All musical devices must be battery operated and confined to the user’s personal space with head/earphones. Additionally, cell phones are not to be used in speaker mode.
- The gas grills are available on a first-come, first serve basis and all residents are asked to be respectful of others wishing to utilize the grills.
- Only the Association provided gas grills may be used on the 5th Floor Common areas. No additional grills are permitted in the Common Areas.
- Smoking is prohibited in all Common Areas of the property including the Pool, Spa, Barbeque and Fireplace Areas.
- Pets are not permitted in the Pool, Spa, Barbeque and Fireplace Areas.
- The Association reserves the right to limit, on a reasonable basis, the number of people using the Common Area spaces on the 5th Floor.
- It is a violation of Association rules and a serious danger to anyone below to throw, drop, launch or in anyway have any objects propelled from a balcony.
These are just a few of the more important Association regulations to keep in mind throughout the summer to help ensure a Safe and Enjoyable environment for all. Please refer to your Owner’s Welcome Guide for a complete set of the Rules & Regulations of The Electra.

Please be advised that due to necessary repairs, a Building-wide Domestic Water Shut Off will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2009 between 9AM and 2PM. During this time all domestic water will be shut off including all water to sinks, showers, bathtubs, dishwashers, clothes washers and toilets. It is recommended that if you need water during this time for such things as rinsing pots and pans or washing hands, you should fill up your sink or bathtub prior to shut off.
