All Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe as the Board conducts the business of the Association. Should you have specific items you would like the Board to discuss, please submit your request in writing to the General Manager (bfleming@actionlife.com ) at least 10 days prior to the meeting date.  Homeowners are also welcome to raise any questions, concerns or comments during Open Form which is held at the end of every meeting.

Fire sprinkler testing

The quarterly testing of the fire sprinkler systems will be conduction next week on Monday and Tuesday from 8am-5pm. There should be no disturbance to the residents during this testing.

Moves and DELIVERIES

As a reminder all deliveries and moves must be scheduled with management at

Least 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

SUMMER POOL PARTY

The summer pool party is scheduled for Saturday, August 14 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at the Pool Deck. Please stop by the front desk to sign up.

Please remember that children under the age of six (6) are not permitted in the fitness center.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

  The July Board of Directors meeting has been postponed. The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 25th at 6:00pm in the Conservatory. 

All owners are welcome to attend as the Board conducts the business

of the association.

FITNESS CENTER CLOSED

The Fitness Center will be closed from 7:00PM, Tuesday, July 20^th to 5:00AM, Wednesday,

July 21^st for maintenance work on the floor. 

Please plan your workouts accordingly during this time.

WINDOW WASHING

Due to permitting issues with the City, the townhome windows and building power washing is postponed until Monday, July 26^th.  A reminder notice of this work will be given to the townhome residents prior to the work commencing.   

AS A REMINDER….

In the event of an earthquake, stay away from windows and any items that could fall off the walls or shelves and remain in the building.  The safest place in the building during an earthquake is at the elevator landings on each floor or in your front doorway.
