At the meeting held on October 14, 2008, the Board established charters for three committees in the community. The committees established are Architectural, Building/Landscape and Social. Committee members were also appointed. However, more volunteers are needed. If you are interested in serving on a committee you can visit the front desk to acquire a volunteer form and charters which outline the individual committees. Management is also more than happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, many residents and guests have inquired about the flower arrangements displayed at our front desk near the office sign. These beautiful arrangements are courtesy of FLOWERS BY SEAN, a local flower company who requested to share their arrangements, ideas and varieties with you. If you have the need for their services for an event or just want to treat yourself please stop by the front desk to obtain their contact information.

Numerous residents have asked about obtaining additional Common Area Keys. They are now available at the Front Desk for $50.00 each. If you are interested in obtaining a key please come see us during business hours.
Additionally, the next Board of Directors meeting has been scheduled for October 14, 2008, at 5:30 P.M. in the Conservatory. We hope to see you there.

Bosa Development has determined that they will be relinquishing one seat on the Board at the next Board Meeting. This position will be available to a homeowner of the Electra Owners Association. If interested in stepping in to the vacant position you will need to complete and submit a candidate statement form to the Management Office by Monday, October 6, 2008. You can obtain a copy of the form at the front desk or the website, www.electrahoa.com. under the General Documents section. Please be advised that all statements received will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for consideration. This seat is not open for election but will be Board appointed for the remainder of the term.
In addition, the Board is also looking for committee members for the committees they will be establishing at the next Board meeting. The Board has determined that initially they will be solidifying three committees: Architectural, Social, Building/Landscape. If you are interested we would love to have you on board. Committee Volunteer Forms are also available at the front desk and on the website.
